Dominion Senior Living of Richmond Receives Perfect Score in Annual State Health Inspection Second Year in a Row

Richmond, KY (July 2025) — Dominion Senior Living of Richmond celebrates their second consecutive perfect score on their annual State Health Inspection. During their inspection, Dominion was found to be Deficiency-Free, meaning that the community met full compliance with all regulations while meeting and exceeding all state standards for care, services and maintenance.
